You can request deletion in the KIWEAR app by opening Account settings and selecting Delete Account.
If you no longer have access to the app, email privacy@kiwear.com and state that you want to delete your KIWEAR account. Please identify the email address or mobile phone number associated with your account. Do not send your password or verification code.
We may contact you to verify your identity. After verification, we will delete your account and associated personal information from active systems within 30 days, subject to the limited retention exceptions described in our Privacy Policy. Backup copies will be deleted or overwritten within 90 days.
